The Lake is in good condition and water temps are in the mid-70 with 's.
Crappie-despite being in the middle of the summer crappie bite are decent. Most anglers find them near20 feet of water. I'd suggest using a bobber slip near this structure keep up the common Minnow from the bottomwhere it is easier for the crappie find the common Minnow. Fishermen are also using brightly colored molds andgetting good results.
Striped bass are now above water hammering belijner-bait! Fishermen are best results early in the morning. They are caught on poppers and buzzbaits. Later in the day when it warms to look for deeper water stripersin with large minnows or Shad.
Largemouth bass-topwater baits also pretty good early and Largemouth hit late in the day. Fishermenare also successfully use of plastic in deeper water. Try usiing lizards or large worm. There is also a lot of bass if caught that look like casting crankbaits Sunfish.
Good luck and report back to us with you
